Chosen for its experience and knowledge of the contact centre market in the UK, Callscan which provides contact centres with innovative, industry specific solutions utilising state of the art technology will distribute Interactive Intelligence’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC) - the all-in-one solution for contact centre automation which includes skills-based routing and management capabilities for inbound, outbound, or blended interactions.
